FAQ

To add a new FAQ, follow these steps:

1. Click the 'Manage FAQs' button

2. Click 'Add New' on your website overview and then select the 'Questions & Answers' option

3. Each new question and answer section must be assigned a category

4. Save and publish.

You can always edit your FAQs, change the order and choose other categories.

Yes. To add media, follow these steps:

1. Go to the app's settings

2. Click on Manage FAQs

3. Create or select the question you want to add media to

4. When editing your answer, click on the video, image or GIF icon

5. Add media from your library and save.

You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don't want to show the title, simply deactivate the title under 'info displayed'.
